Henan Dongfang Noodle Machine Group Co., Ltd. has a professional engineering and technical team and an international trade team, and can provide the following services according to customer requirements:
1. Customized product R&D service: We have many years of R&D, production and sales history of instant noodles and dried noodles processing equipment, and have been deeply involved in the domestic and foreign noodle products market for nearly50years,we have more than 180 experienced engineering and technical personnel, and have well-equipped CNC machining centers and assembly workshops.
We can conduct targeted R&D and tailor-made special noodle processing equipment according to various noodle samples provided by customers.
2. Professional installation, training and after-sales service team: A professional installation team (one electrical engineer and one mechanical engineer) will arrive at the customer's factory to provide on-site guidance for installation; the installation and commissioning process will last for one month, during which the installation team will provide employees with:
(1)Training on daily production operations of the production line.
(2)Training on simple fault maintenance of the production line; the main components and single machines of the production line with one-year warranty, If there is any problem, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge (except for wearing parts).
3. Standardized factory planning and design services:
(1) After the user selects a specific production line, our company can provide guidance and suggestions on standardized plant planning.
(2) If the user already has a factory,our company can also plan equipment layout based on the actual area of the factory to adapt reasonably to the factory.
4. Upstream and downstream industrial chain docking services: For users who purchase our company's production line, in line with the concept of service first and satisfaction, we can provide relevant comprehensive supporting services: including (1) supporting packaging machine procurement suggestion service. (2) boiler and other machinery procurement suggestion service (3) seasoning package or noodle product additive customization or procurement suggestion service.
5. Automated production line transformation and upgrading service: for large, medium and small instant noodle production lines that have been in operation for many years, in order to achieve the purpose of increasing production, reducing labor, reducing energy consumption or improving product line automation, we can provide professional technicians to visit the factory, analyze product line problems for the enterprise, put forward transformation suggestions, and accept transformation projects and other projects.
6. Before delivery, test the machine and video shooting (or the customer comes to the factory for acceptance); after the test, clean the machine, prevent scratches with the body packaging film, and load the container.
Post-maintenance: One-year warranty service (excluding wearing parts).
Replacement of wearing parts: When the product is shipped, wearing parts are included in the container.
