In terms of reliable product quality, strict requirements on appearance and surface, and urgent parts delivery schedule, under the guidance of the chairman and the unified leadership of General Manager Li Bo, we are united, unified in thinking, and have the spirit of racing against time and daring to fight tough battles. The nodes of the completion time of their respective parts acted actively to complete this important battle.
First of all, when the workers have strict requirements on the surface of the parts, when the work is slower than before and they are afraid, we actively communicate and explain the importance of the parts. Gradually accept that in this part processing, many excellent employees emerged in the machining company, which played an active and leading role.
Since May, all employees of our company have worked hard and worked overtime every day. The company stipulate that we go to work at 1:30 every day and leave work at 5:30 in the afternoon. However, our workers start to work after eating. Everyone competed with each other and finally completed this task around the 20th of this month.
In the case of heavy parts production tasks, there are many excellent employees who still insist on their jobs even when they are sick, and complete their essential work with due diligence. Zhang Weitao of the boring machine cut his hand while working, went to the hospital to bandage it, and put it on for a few days to reduce inflammation. On the premise that the swelling has not subsided and he has not fully recovered, he still goes to work with the injury, enduring the pain and sticking to the front line of work; Sun Yanjie, in the case of his waist standing very painful, wrapped a restraint belt around his waist and insisted on working on the lathe to complete his parts task.
Lin Bo used to work for two gantry milling machines to supply two machining centers. Now, due to the illness of one of the workers, Lin Bo provokes the main beam alone when the task of the machine parts is heavy. Actively working overtime until Jinmailang's 6 sets of machines were all completed, there was no rest in between.
Beside the above workers, other people have performed very well, and they can complete the processing of parts according to the specified time.
