The instant noodle machine includes: saline alkali water mixer, saline alkali water metering device, dual axis multi speed dough mixer or continuous dough mixer, disc ripening machine or belt static ripening machine, composite rolling machine, single-layer and multi-layer steaming machine, cutting and folding sorting machine, frying machine, lever type exhaust cooler, noodle conveyor, inspection conveyor, electrical control cabinet with PLC programmable controller automatic control and other devices.
Instant noodle machines can be divided into block type (bagged) and round block type (bowl type), as well as multi-functional combination types with multiple types. The weight of each noodle block needs to be adjusted from 30g to 100g; Equipment production capacity can be freely selected from 20000 to 250000 yuan per shift (8 hours); The width of the pressure roller can be selected from 200mm to 900mm.
Additional equipment configurations include flour screening and filtering machine, flour conveyor, noodle maturation machine, frying oil filter machine, available air filter for cooling, soup feeding machine, packaging machine, metal weight recognition machine, packing machine, etc.
Production line process flow:
Raw materials → Noodles → Dough maturation → Pressing → Shredding → Steaming → Cutting and sorting → Deep frying → Air cooling → Packaging
